Refund & Returns

Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions:
  • Due to Nature of our products, Product once sold cannot be returned OR exchanged. There are no refunds available either.

Damage Policy:

  • We take utmost care while packing the products in case of shipping through our courier partners. However, in rare case if the product gets damaged during shipping, we will repair and send back the same product under following conditions:
  • 1. Customer will send us the damaged product photo and invoice details on email within 8 hours of receiving the delivery on or****@pr*********.com .
  • 2. Team PRACHI SHAH will verify the damages and confirm the repair and replacement eligibility on email.
  • 3. Within 2 days of our confirmation email customer will ship us back the damaged product at their cost through a reputed courier (Delhivery, FedEx, Bluedart).
  • 4. Once the eligible damaged product is received by us, we will check and verify our product. We will repair or replace it and send back the product.

*Product shipped to us after 2 days of our confirmation email or without a confirmation email from us will not be accepted for repair and replacement.

Non-available, Wrong Product, Irreparable Policy:

  • If the same product is not available for shipment or is irreparable, we will issue you a “Credit Note” of  Full or Partial Amount (less our shipping or other charges)  which you can redeem it against any of our products. Credit note will have expiry of 6 Months from the date of the original order. Please note there will be no monies refunded in such cases.
  • In a rare case wherein, order is placed but the product is not available due to inventory mismatch or wrong product received by you, Please reach out to us and we will issue either full refund or let you select any other creation of the same value.  

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by prachishahs.com and accept prachishahs.com’s  decision as final under any conditions.

  • If you are not sure about how to wear a particular jewelry creation you are interested in, please read the Jewelry Care Instructions on our website or feel free to reach out to us on our whatsapp number or or****@pr*********.com. We cannot exchange jewelry creations damaged during any of the trials.
